Wang Han Lin is the Managing Partner of Messrs. Wang & S. B. Wong with a wealth of experience gathered in more than 25 years of legal practice. He is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since May 1995. He is also a Notary Public as appointed by the Attorney General of Malaysia.
Mr. Wang established Messrs H. L. Wang & Co. and practised as a sole-proprietor prior to the formation of WSBW in January 2002.
His practice embraces all stages of conveyancing and litigation matter and has been involved in drafting commercial agreements in the area of joint venture agreement, take over agreement (on entire issued capital of a company), sale and purchase of shares of company, shareholder agreement, partnership agreement, deed of retirement, power of attorney, trust deed (individual and society), guarantee, franchising agreement and so on.
For now, Mr. Wang specialises in conveyancing in respect of property and security documentation for financial institutions and acquisition of development lands by developers.

Wong Sau Bing was called to the Malaysian Bar in April 1998 and he is now the Managing Partner of Messrs. Wang & S. B. Wong.
Mr. Wong began his career in Messrs S. K. Song and then he joned Messrs C. T. Loh & Co. handling conveyancing and litigation work for financial institutions such as hrie purchase and foreclosure proceeding.
In June 1999, he established Messrs S. B. Wong & Co. and became a sole-proprietor specialised in conveyancing practice.
After the merger with Messrs H. L. Wang & Co. in 2002, Mr. Wong has been actively providing services for real estate and banking industries within the region.
In recent years, he acted for developers in acquisition of developments projects such as the acquisition of 250acres (Kelapa Sawit) of land by Scientex Quatari Sdn Bhd. He also represented IOI Group, Genting Properties Group and KSL Group in several projects in Kulai and Johor Bahru, Johor.
He has extensive experience in the areas of sale and purchase of properties, corporate, land developments, property conveyancing and property financing including conventional loan by individual or commercial loan by corporate body.

Soo Wee Loon read law in the University of Liverpool and was called to the English Bar in July 1998.
She did her pupillage at Messrs Nijar, Kumar Netto & Partners in Johor Bahru, Johor and was called to the Malaysian Bar in October 1999.
She later joined Messrs Balwant Singh Sidhu & Co. as a Legal Assistant.
In April 2003, she formed a partnership, Messrs PY Tng & Soo, and practised as a Partner until her resignation in September 2004.
September 2004, she was a Partner of Messrs Neo & Soo until April 2007. She joined Messrs Wang & S. B. Wong in May 2007 as a Partner.

Chan Kheng Fai joined the firm on 20th November 2013 as an Associate and was admitted as a Partner on 1st July 2016. He is the head of the Litigation Department of Kulai office.
Kheng Fai obtained his LLB (Hons) from University of Malaya in 2012 and completed his pupillage at Messrs Zul Rafique & Partners in the chambers of Ms. Tang Ai Leen. He was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2013.
Kheng Fai has been actively involved in litigation arena and has experience in various contentious matter and dispute resolution. He has accumulated experience in a broad range of matter involving insurance and accident claims, industrial relations and employment law, land disputes, defamation matters, family law, probate matters, landlord and tenant disputes etc. His practice embraces all stages of litigation (interlocutory, trial and appellate).
Kheng Fai is also very active in oratorical activities, such as public speaking, debate and master of ceremony. During his tertiary years, he engaged in Mandarin and Malay Debate, representing at university-level as well as national-level.
He was a two times Champion of the National Mandarin Debate Competition and the Champion amongst Champion of the International Mandarin Debate Competition. He was also the first non-Malay person to have won the Champion in one of the longest running Debate Competition in Malaysia, famously known as the Debat Diraja or the Royale Debate.
In addition, Kheng Fai has been a guest on Malaysian National Radio Station AiFM, commenting on social issues and sharing his views on legal issues.
